Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Boston, MA)

Northwind Stone Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer tickets and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
