Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wilder Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people based in Boise. What you will do • Model the cost of student accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
