Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Highbridge Bright Financial Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for loan applications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of loan applications and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with payment disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
