Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Rowan Foods Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of sanitation schedules and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
