Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Ironwood Union Telecom is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
