Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Northwind Bridge Telecom and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. We invest in training. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of billing accounts and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
