Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Kestrel Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Baltimore, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our variance reporting. Families are partners. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
