Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Foxglove Birch Foods is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of production batches and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
