Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Rowan Civic Services Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be variance reporting. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with procurement. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
