Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Lantern Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
