Financial Analyst - variance reporting (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Ember Early Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on variance reporting for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification.
