Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Wichita, KS)

Harborlight Early Learning runs childcare centres in Wichita caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 429 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification.
