Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Virginia Beach, VA)

Rivermark Basin Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Virginia Beach working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of survey data and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
