Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of account openings and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
