Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Tucson, AZ)

Redstone Wilder Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Tucson area. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
