Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge West Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Spokane working with agencies and riders, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of accessibility audits and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
