Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group is an education provider in San Jose serving students and families. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
