Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Wilder Early Learning is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
