Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Diego, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
