Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Birch Civic Services works with county and city offices around San Diego. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of permits and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
