Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Pike Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in San Antonio caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of enrolment and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records.
