Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Vale Manufacturing and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 640 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of production lines and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
