Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Richmond, VA)

Nova Drift Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Richmond, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of deposit accounts and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
