Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Richmond, VA)

Clearpath Rowan Civic Services works with county and city offices around Richmond, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of case files and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
