Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Richmond, VA)

Bluepeak Yarrow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Richmond, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
