Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Orchard Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Reno region, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
