Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Timber Learning Group and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
