Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Cedar Field Markets Partners is a New Orleans retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Model the cost of shrink and waste and recommend where to save. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
