Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Kestrel Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of customer onboarding and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
