Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Greenridge Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Jose, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 296 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of catastrophe response and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
