Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Lumen Ember Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Columbus. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
