Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Kestrel Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
