Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Early Learning and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of tuition and subsidies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
