Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Summit Hollow Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Birmingham design routes and schedules, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 390 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of route schedules and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
