Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Amberfield Clear Energy is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for billing disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 261 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of billing disputes and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
