Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Cedar Cobalt Water Authority is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of treatment plant data and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
