Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Amberfield Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Richmond. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of procurement and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
