Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Maple Manufacturing is a Wichita manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
