Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Kestrel Financial and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of account servicing and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with vendor spend. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
