Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Bright Thistle Early Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 140 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
