Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Ember Markets is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of store inventory and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with pricing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
