Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Silverline Thistle Manufacturing is a Sacramento manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Model the cost of tooling and recommend where to save. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
