Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Meadow Insurance and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Model the cost of customer complaints and recommend where to save. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
