Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Nova Fern Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Albuquerque. We are hiring a Financial Analyst to take on pricing analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of service connections and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
