Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Loom Early Learning Partners and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of meal programmes and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
