Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Fernwood Willow Early Learning is an early-learning provider in San Jose, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Model the cost of family communication and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • A relevant degree or certification. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
