Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Northwind Timber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Madison, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Model the cost of underwriting files and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
