Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Lumen Wilder Learning Group is looking for a Financial Analyst. The job centres on pricing analysis for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support pricing and investment decisions with careful analysis. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Model the cost of attendance records and recommend where to save. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
