Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Oak Banking Services and adding a Financial Analyst whose main responsibility will be pricing analysis. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Model the cost of branch operations and recommend where to save. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. What we are looking for • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
