Financial Analyst - pricing analysis (remote)

Redstone North Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Pittsburgh, and we need a Financial Analyst to lead our pricing analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Automate recurring reports so they take hours, not days. • Prepare board and lender packs with clear charts. • Build and update budgets and rolling forecasts with department leads. • Model the cost of classroom supplies and recommend where to save. • Explain monthly variances in plain language for managers. What we are looking for • Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience helps. • Two to five years in financial analysis or a similar role. • Comfort presenting numbers to people who are not finance specialists. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • A relevant degree or certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
